Little Ugly is drawn so endearingly. His foster dad, Ratso, has few redeeming qualities except that he learns something from little Ugly in each episode.
We love Ugly!
This is the first video of "The Ugly Duckling and Me" series my nine-year-old son saw. He says: "If you're new to the Ugly Duckling and Me series, this video is the place to start." He especially loves the character of the mayor, Esmeralda.
